Due diligence of a broadband WiMAX operator Metamax in Hyderabad on behalf of Kuwait Finance House.  Operating under a non-standard frequency 2.839GHz, with a contract agreement with public organization Railtel.  The audit which was undertaken in meetings with meeting with the management team, covered, a review of the: regulatory framework, intended market focus, plans for network rollout, set targets for deployed sites, subscriber forecast, vendor and equipment supply. The business case was thoroughly reviewed, together with set physical and financial rollout targets, and an overview of the P/L, and financing requirements.
