Eicon was commissioned by Transpo-Group / World Bank, to provide technical assistance in  for ICT Road Management systems.

Scope of work included : acquiring and reviewing RBD studies, plans, and documents attending Meetings with RBD, Iraqi authorities, stakeholders coordinating with client technical delivery team on technical aspects identifying audience, channels, medium, and monitoring tools developing templates for communication channels, KPIs preparing pre-final and final communication strategy and present attending on-call meetings as needed.
