Throughout the period March-August 2023, Eicon Consultants held continuous meetings, with the Minister of Communications, in preparing the advisory study for the national mobile phone license.  The recommendations and decisions, were aimed at ensuring optimum spectrum, and license terms, to ensure the success of the venture.  Full network design covered 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies with an evolved network with spectrum and services.  The steps needed to lead the company-to-be to a joint stock shareholding company were finalised.  All reports were presented punctually on-time, to the full satisfaction of the Prime Minister, the Minister, and the Minster senior Advisors.  Eicon secured a commendation letter on its work from the Minister.
