Eicon Consultants were given the task of the planning and design of a FWB network implemented in Erbil, under the brand name of Nawand.  The operation was part of a joint shareholding structure between: Iraqi Partners, KPPHC (Kuwait Finance House), ACT Holding, and GABS Telecom.  The work covered all tasks up till launch, including: license review, feasibility study, business plan, and a preliminary network rollout.  Market study included collection of market data, and plan for new services surveying potential sites, estimates of fixed and variable costs, financial sheets organization structure, interviews.
